My entry into the HR world began in recruitment, specialising in career coaching and talent acquisition for professional markets.
From there, I moved into an HR generalist role and have since garnered experience across many industries such as industrial, waste, utilities and retail, to name a few.
As a CIPD Level 7 qualified practitioner, I am able to use the knowledge obtained through study to complement practical-led skills and experience.
My time in industry has seen me reach Director level and Iām committed to the continuous improvement of people-centric practices.
